This is a great location at the start of Newport Peninsula offering easy access on and off with short drives to major freeways to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, and other major Southern California attractions.
This beach house is within walking distance 0-2 miles of Newport Pier, supermarket, pharmacy, convenience store, quality restaurants, fast food, movie theatre, banks, and shops for all ages. The Balboa Fun Zone is just a short ride down the peninsula. The wide sandy beach is only 11 houses away and the bike path / boardwalk are nearby. Across the street is Channel Park with a children’s playground, bay beach where you can launch your paddleboards, kayaks, or just play in the sand with the kids. Close by are Sunset Ridge Park with walking/jogging trails and West Newport Park with tennis, racquetball, basketball courts, and playgrounds. There is free street parking and across Pacific Coast Highway a metered parking lot available on a first come first served basis. Cable TV and High Speed Internet is provided with a 65 inch large screen TV in the living room, and 32 inch TV in the master bedroom. The front Dutch door allows you to open the top half of the door only and then turn on the two new high speed Fanimation fans to cool the living room area down nicely during the heat of the day. There are ceiling fans in two bedrooms and the master has a high powered tower fan.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and guests must check in at our office with a photo ID.
Parking: 1 car parking - This unit provides 1 garage space in a shared garage.
Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bedspreads, sheets, pillows, and towels are provided. There is a Pack N Play available.
Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchen is supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking as well as small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, and crockpot. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc.
Beach Supplies: This unit includes 6 beach chairs, umbrella, 2 Boogie Boards, and beach wagon.
You may want to bring: Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc., charcoal, laundry detergent, extra beach chairs/equipment, and extra place settings, extra beach towels, pens, and paper etc.
