The unit also comes with 1 carport parking space (more details below), shared coin-op laundry room, dishwasher and air conditioning. This is one of the larger 2 bedroom floor plans you will see on the Balboa Peninsula. Perfect location to spend your evenings eating outside on the patio or your morning enjoying your coffee to the sound of the waves.

Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and guests must check in at our office with a photo ID.

Parking: 1 carport parking space - Depending on the vehicle sizes...a second car may fit behind the car parked in the designated space.  See floor plan and rear picture of the building.  The carport space is the one by the staircase.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as blenders and/or specialty cookware. 

You may want to bring: Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc., charcoal, laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, extra place settings, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.
