The layout is spacious yet provides privacy as multi levels lead you to all areas of the unit. If you like to entertain, you'll love to prepare your dishes in the spectacular kitchen and enjoy the meal in the amazing dining room. And on those hot summer days, you can cool down with the AC and on cooler summer nights, sit by the gorgeous fireplace in the living room. And should you have to wash some bathing suits and towels, there is a private laundry area inside the unit. When you're not on your balcony checking out the views of Catalina, you can go out on the sand and enjoy the fire pits...a Balboa tradition! And the pier, with shopping and dining galore, is just a quick walk away. With its beach charm and Balboa address, you are sure to enjoy every moment here....soaking in the sun, breathing in the ocean air and coming home to a true "beach house"!
**Beach Access: Please note that beach access for both units is through the downstairs front patio. Upper unit guests agree that the patio area is only to be used as a pass through while the lower unit guests have full usage rights of patio and it's contents.**
**COVID-19 Update** Now even more than ever, the safety and health of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. All high-touch surfaces will be disinfected multiple times throughout the cleaning process so you feel confident entering and enjoying your unit. We take great pride in maintaining high standards in our properties and given the effects of COVID-19, we will continue to make it our promise to make our hygiene protocols even more meticulous. We have also transitioned to "contactless" check-in and check-out and information will be sent prior to your arrival.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and guests must check in at our office with a photo ID.
Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car garage tandem parking - not shared. (see floor plan for measurements)
Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!
Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as blenders and/or specialty cookware.
Jacuzzi Tub: The Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom is not operational.
You may want to bring: Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc., laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, extra place settings, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.
