Most bedrooms have flat screen smart TV's - (no cable - just smart features) and the entire unit features local photographs of the Balboa community. The layout is spacious yet provides privacy as multi levels lead you to all areas of the unit. If you like to entertain, you'll love to prepare your dishes in the spectacular kitchen and enjoy the meal in the amazing sunken dining room. And on those hot summer days, you can cool down with the AC and on cooler summer nights, sit by the gorgeous fireplace in the living room. And should you have to wash some bathing suits and towels, there is a private laundry area inside the unit. There is a two car garage with electric vehicle outlets as well as direct access into the unit. And don't forget about the location! The patio is a beautiful extension of the home with sweeping views and access to the fire pits out on the sand....a Balboa tradition! And the pier, with shopping and dining galore, is just a quick walk away. From the moment you drive up to the property, to the first time you open the front door, you will know this gem of a home was a brilliant choice!
**Beach Access: please note that beach access for both units is through the downstairs front patio. Lower unit guests agree to allow access and keep pass through area clear for upper unit guests.**
**COVID-19 Update** Now even more than ever, the safety and health of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. All high-touch surfaces will be disinfected multiple times throughout the cleaning process so you feel confident entering and enjoying your unit. We take great pride in maintaining high standards in our properties and given the effects of COVID-19, we will continue to make it our promise to make our hygiene protocols even more meticulous. We have also transitioned to "contactless" check-in and check-out and information will be sent prior to your arrival.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and guests must check in at our office with a photo ID.
Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking - one carport and one garage - not shared. (see floor plan for measurements)
Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!
Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as blenders and/or specialty cookware.
Jacuzzi Tub: The Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom is not operational.
You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, extra place settings, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.
